Our coffee is roasted in small batches using a classic Ideal Rapid coffee roaster that was built in Germany in 1929 by Ferdinand Gothot Maschinenfabrik Gmbh.

We roast in the back of our Pearl Street cafe located in Boulder, Colorado.
